Match Fit Metro Technical & Speed Programs

The Match Fit Metro Technical/Speed & strength programs are training only programs for players aged 8-18 years. The programs are intense technical training sessions that supplement a players regular team training. They are aimed at developing each individual players control, touch on the ball, skill level, awareness, agility and speed of play. Following the unique curriculum developed by Match Fit Academy FC , these schools are an excellent opportunity for players that want to gain that extra step in their play.

Spring 2017 Programs:

Starting March 20 – $175 (current MFA players), $200 (non-MFA players)

Monday       – 7:30-8:30pm @ Mercer County Community College, boys & girls 2006 and older
